Effective: July 1, 2023

Previously, our policy allowed eligible applicants to reapply for financial assistance every 12 months, providing a measure of flexibility and support. However, due to an overwhelming demand that has exceeded our current capacity, we have had to make some tough decisions to ensure we can continue providing assistance to as many individuals as possible.

Beginning July 1, 2023, our new policy will limit applicants to a single application for financial assistance. We understand this change may cause disappointment for some, and we empathize with any concerns it may raise. Please know that we did not make this decision lightly, and it was necessary to address the growing demand and constraints we are facing.
